First launched in 1979, the festival has become an annual celebration of piano music in iconic historical venues around Toulouse. Established pianists and young talents from around the world are invited to perform in its wide variety of programme, which includes classical, contemporary and jazz music. In addition to its September festival, an Asian tour is also organized each year, expanding their programme in the hearts of China, Japan, and Vietnam. Menahem Pressler, Marc-André Hamelin, Aldo Ciccolini and many more international pianists were featured under the spotlight in previous editions.
