Date: October 7 to 24, 2019
Founded in 2005 by the Chopin Society of Hong Kong, the competition is held triennially in Hong Kong with an aim to offer a platform for aspiring young pianists under the age of 30 to perform and participate in an international music-making event. The jury is composed of experienced pianists, conductors and educators. Former jury members include Vladimir Ashkenazy, Gary Graffman and Garrick Ohlsson. Contestants are required to perform diverse repertoires including solo recitals, chamber music and piano concerti. In addition to prize medals, successful contestants will record a CD by the Alpha Omega Sound and possibly engage in concerts around the world.

- The Alice & Eleonore Schoenfeld International String Competition First established in 2013, the competition aims to promote highly gifted young musicians.
