Founded by The Edition Clarinet Association since 2010, the clarinet competition aims at promoting the repertoire of the instrument and developing the career of young clarinetists from around the world. It is held every four years at the Conservatoire régional de Paris, under the artistic direction of Franck Amet. Participants will perform wide range of works composed by Debussy, Mozart, Brahms, in addition to 20th century music. Chaired by Xavier Delette, the professional jury panel comprises conductors, principal clarinetists from established orchestra and soloists. Previous jurors include Nicolas Baldeyrou, Ralf Forster and Ludmila Peterkova.

- Hong Kong International Operatic Singing Competition Presented and organized by Musica Viva, the competition is the first major vocal event in Hong Kong.
- International Chopin Competition on Period Instruments In celebration of the anniversary of Poland’s independence, the Fryderyk Chopin Institute launched the first international competition in 2018.
- The Alice & Eleonore Schoenfeld International String Competition First established in 2013, the competition aims to promote highly gifted young musicians.
