Established in 1873, the festival’s primary aim is to transform the musical tastes of America and to enhance Cincinnati’s image and national reputation. Located in the U.S. state of Ohio, the event is a two-week annual music scene gathering internationally acclaimed guest soloists and conductors. Apart from the reputable festival orchestra and choruses, the grandeur of Cincinnati Music Hall as well as other selected concert venues are also the highlight.
