Established in 1961 by pianist Andrew Wolf and flautist Thomas Wolf, the festival gathers refined musicians and music lovers around the world in Rockland, Maine every summer. Since its first inception, the festival has played a principal role in bringing classical music to the Mid Coast area. Apart from concerts, the non-profit festival foundation is keen on offering a series of outreach programs to benefit more audience, including free outdoor concerts and pre-concert talks.
